I don't know of a Canadian source that carries it yet.

You could try calling and asking the Canadian suppliers listed among North American suppliers on my Sources for Dyeing Supplies page, to ask if they carry it yet. It is not yet on the websites for G&S Dye in Toronto, or Maiwa Handprints in Vancouver, but it is new, and they might have it. If not, your calling might convince them to carry it.

If not, you can still purchase it right away. PRO Chemical & Dye sells the video (see their New Products page), and ships internationally. So does Amazon.
