I received a bleach stain on my beige cotton sweater. I would like to dye the entire sweater. Can this be done?

This is a frequently asked question on this site: Help! I ruined clothing by spattering bleach. How can I fix it?

The problem with dyeing the sweater to cover it up is that dye is Marvy Fabric Marker transparent, so the bleached spot will inevitably come out a lighter color than the rest of the sweater. If the region affected is small, you can try covering it with a fabric marker , and then if necessary overdyeing a darker color, but if the stain is large, the only way to really cover it up would be to not even try to get a perfectly smooth solid color, but instead try low water immersion dyeing or even tie-dyeing to minimize its effect.
