I have a queen size bedding set that is 50% cotton and 50% polyester that is ivory and I would like to dye it white. Do you know how I could do this.

It can't be done. Removing color from fabric requires bleaching, or discharging, not dyeing. Dyeing involves the addition of color, and thus cannot ever produce white from a darker color such as ivory.

Unfortunately, polyester cannot be bleached, and in fact can be permanently damaged and yellowed by exposure to bleach.
